Top place to relax and wind down. Upmarket restaurants in a perfect location away from hustle and bustle of city traffic. Pay a couple of extra bucks in the restaurants but hey, you get what you pay for. The TapHouse is a beer connisuers delight! Hope my uploaded pics help persuade you to give this area a visit. If you want to grab a few cold beers, great food then this is a great place for you. Really relaxing night spent here with friends. Good variety of bars and places to have anything from a quick bite to dinner. Friday night do had live music. Prices were reasonable. Parking poor but if like me you are going for drinks it isn't an issue. ~ tina m

A true testament to the dining culture on the rise in Townsville. There is a wide selection of culinary experiences ranging from Italian, Asian or traditional BBQ. Only issue is the Townsville city wide concern for lack of parking on busy nights. ~ daveandALL a

Finally a Japanese Restaurant that knows how to cook Tempura. Not since JUN Japanese have a experienced proper Tempura not just battered. Great stuff. ~ Narelle S
